This toolkit has been published by the Irish Council for Civil Liberties as part of the 'Your Rights. Right Now' civil society campaign around Ireland's Universal Periodic Review in 2011. It is aimed at civil society groups and NGOs who intend to use international human rights monitoring at the UN in their advocacy and campaigning activities.
